I had a terrific experience at Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery. From the initial consultation, through the pre-op appointments, the day of surgery, and follow-up care, every interaction was top-notch. Dr. Ladner is extremely skilled, and very personable. He and the entire staff put me at ease throughout the process. The morning of my surgery, things were very calm and I felt confident I was in great hands. I would also like to mention, Dr. Ladner works with a dedicated board certified anesthesiologist who also helped put me at ease. I am thrilled with the results of my blepharoplasty and neck lift. In fact, the results exceeded my expectations. The outcome looks natural and fresh – exactly what I hoped for. Dr Ladner and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Rhinoplasty disaster! Ladner did serious damage and severely obstructed her breathing on one side. Also, he agreed to make certain changes other than bump removal, but he did not. A $15,000 disaster. Terrible care. Ladner “graciously” offered to attempt the obstruction repair, but would not include the additional cost of several thousands of dollars for anesthesia and facility fees. Most disturbing: he was completely shocked and confused when he looked at her obstruction, so we couldn’t trust him to fix the damage he had caused. Revision surgery is needed and there’s not enough left of her septum, so it will require a rib graft. A rib graft! A very painful procedure!! What a nightmare. Not to mention the nearly $20,000 cost. Ladner repeatedly brags about the thousands of nose surgeries he performs each year, but that’s possible because he doesn’t give enough time to each patient. His rapid surgeries only benefit his bank account. Run away.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my results so far! Dr. Ladner performed my deep plane facelift and platysmaplasty, and I am already so happy with the changes. I am only seven weeks into my healing journey, and I know I still have more healing ahead, but I can already see the beautiful, natural results coming through. Dr. Ladner and his entire team have been amazing from start to finish. They have been caring, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
